1. Introduction
Welcome to Turbo Turf. By accessing or using our turf booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with booking.
2. Account Registration
To book a slot, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the booked turf slot only for lawful sporting purposes.
- You are responsible for any damage caused to the turf, property, or equipment during your booking period.
- You must arrive on time for your booking. Late arrival may result in loss of playtime without any compensation.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Use the facility for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
- Engage in unsafe, disruptive, or abusive behavior.
- Sublet or transfer your booking to another party without prior permission.
- Smoke, consume alcohol, or chew tobacco/gutkha/pan masala inside the premises.
- Use studded or metal spike shoes.
5. Equipment & Usage
- Playing equipment is provided free of cost.
- New cricket balls are chargeable.
- Outside food is not allowed inside the turf premises.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Modifications to Terms
Turbo Turf reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and users are advised to review them periodically.
8. Termination of Service
Turbo Turf reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if any terms are violated. In such cases, bookings may be cancelled without further obligation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
10. Player Capacity Rule
A maximum of 16 players are allowed per booking/session on the turf.
11. Extra Player Charges
In case the number of players exceeds 16, an additional charge of ₹100 per extra person per hour will be applicable.
12. Compliance
All bookings must adhere to the player limit. Management reserves the right to enforce this policy.
